We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager, in Cyprus or Remotely, to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients throughout their journey with us. What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging company and product introductions to Japanese-speaking clients
- Make proactive outbound calls and follow-ups based on client requests and needs
- Support clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Guide new clients through the account setup and KYC process
- Ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and other internal departments to resolve issues
- Share relevant updates, promotions, and product news with clients in a timely manner Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and take initiative to act on them
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in customer support, success, or account management (experience in Forex or FinTech is a plus)
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and client-first mindset
- Competent in using CRM systems and customer communication tools
