About your future role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Arabic Speaking Customer Support Specialist to ensure that our clients have an outstanding support network throughout the lifetime of their account. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven professional who enjoys engaging with people!
Your main activities and responsibilities
- Provide impactful communication with clients for the ultimate outstanding client experience
- Engage with clients’ inquiries through phone, email, and live chats
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries effectively
- Respond promptly and eloquently to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them flawlessly
- Record details of all inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Coordinate with the sales & retention teams globally and other relevant departments
- Assist new clients with the account opening process and company’s KYC procedures
- Proactively provide clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions, products and updates
- Act as an ambassador for the Company upholding the highest level of service
Your key requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Support role, ideally in a related business
- Fluent Verbal and Written Arabic and English. A third language is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CySec basic accreditation would be considered advantageous
- IT proficient
- Prepared to work shifts and bank holidays on a 24/5 rotation
- Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritize tasks
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
