We would like to inform you that as of the 16th of July 2015, a new legislation regarding the level of a margin call for derivative instruments being offered in Poland, by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), came in to effect.
This legislation only affects clients who are residing in Poland. Clients residing in Poland are required to maintain 1% of their exposure as balance in their account, the maximum leverage available being 1:100.
