As a Junior IT Project Manager, you’ll support the planning and coordination of project across departments, working closely with Senior PMs and tech teams. If you join us, you will gain hands on experience with real projects, exposure to the full development lifecycle and the opportunity to learn how technology and business goals align.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist in managing projects and business requests across departments, including Marketing, Sales, Risk, Finance, Compliance and IT
- Work with experienced Project Managers to help define project scopes, goals and deliverables
- Contribute to sprint planning sessions and help track progress using tools like Jira or Redmine
- Assist in preparation of project related documentation including Business Requirements Document, Project schedules, Risk and Issue Logs
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned
- Act as a liaison between the developers, QA and the business stakeholders to ensure that requirements and expectations are clearly communicated
- Participate in the maturation, estimation, change, and release planning processes, helping to keep stakeholders updated
- Help to prioritize, route, and manage incidents and issues reported by clients and internal users
- Support the technology teams to deliver high quality products on time and achieve the project goals
What we are looking for
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or related field
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
- Team player mentality with willingness to help others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge or interest in Online Trading, Fintech or the Financial Services Industry is highly desirable
