Head of Marketing - EM96

Overall Purpose of Role:

easyMarkets is looking for an exceptional and entrepreneurial marketing professional to join the executive leadership team in the capacity of the Head of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO. The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the Company's marketing efforts in addition to its overall global marketing strategy in line with brand positioning and values.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Propose, design, develop and implement marketing strategy aimed at the Company’s worldwide market expansion, especially through digital channels
  • Design, develop and implement the annual global marketing budget for the Company
  • Plan and administer the Company’s global marketing operations budget. Provide support and facilitate development of the regional marketing operations budgets
  • Conduct research, understand and respond to the online trading industry’s everchanging particularities such as pricing, product offering and marketing, technology and regulation
  • Collaborate extensively with the sales, business development, legal, finance, product development and customer service teams in achieving the Company’s objectives, as well as ensuring our messaging and brand is communicated and represented consistently across the wide spectrum of touchpoints.
  • Distribute the Company’s brand, values and messaging across relevant and effective channels internally and to the Company’s targeted audiences
  • Identify new effective ways to deliver the Company’s brand, values and messaging in growing platforms such as mobile devices, in-app environment and social media
  • Lead the development of creatives in new effective formats to capture the attention of the Company’s targeted audiences, such as interactive banners and videos
  • Inspire and lead the Marketing department in both an analytical and creative manner to deliver top quality results towards the Company’s objectives
  • Manage and develop external agency partnerships and vendor relationships


  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR or other relevant 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams through dynamic management capabilities
  • Significant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, particularly in lead generation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with superb analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with passion for excellence
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles in brand development, brand positioning, product offering and service management
  • Ability to acquire deep understanding of the online trading industry changing market dynamics
  • The candidate must have a track record of developing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies and exposure to multiple markets and sectors 
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role within marketing or a financial organization

Further Info:

  • Working hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • The role is located in Limassol, Cyprus
