Your Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the customer journey from acquisition to reactivation, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and engaging.
- Identify, prioritise, and execute growth opportunities across both product and marketing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Design, launch, and analyse A/B tests, customer interviews, and UX research to validate hypotheses and drive measurable results.
- Deepen our understanding of client and partner segments through market research and data analysis, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between marketing, technology, Finance and Sales.
- Monitor, report, and grow key product and marketing KPIs—including new client acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, product management, or growth roles—ideally within fintech, trading, or related industries.
- Proven expertise with paid media (Facebook, Google, etc.), SEO, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, firebase).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, and UX research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills—the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, proactive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
